Drycleaning is very similar to regular home laundering, but a liquid solvent is used to clean your clothes instead of water and detergent. The solvent contains little or no water, hence the term “dry cleaning”. Drycleaners use very large and technically advanced computer-controlled dry cleaning machines.
- Will vinegar dissolve limescale? Both vinegar and lemon juice will do a great job of removing any limescale deposits and freshening up your machines' innards at the same time. In a washing machine, use a large cup of either liquid in place of your usual detergent and run a normal washing cycle (without clothes).
- How often should I clean my PC fans? Heat is your computer's worst enemy. Over time, dust buildup inside your computer could undermine its cooling efficiency, resulting in shorter life spans for your computer's components. To help keep your computer running cool, clean the inside of your computer every 6 to 12 months.
- How often should you clean your home coffee machine? Home machines typically only need backflushed once per week with plain water, but it won't harm your machine performing it more often or with cleaners. Commercial machines should be backflushed at the end of every busy business day with a sufficient cleaner.
- How do I get to advanced boot options menu? The Advanced Boot Options screen lets you start Windows in advanced troubleshooting modes. You can access the menu by turning on your computer and pressing the F8 key before Windows starts.
- How do you get old banana stains out of baby clothes? Soak the clothes in warm water and detergent like Dreft Stage 2: Active Baby Liquid Detergent. Rub the stain gently to help lift the old banana stain out of the clothes, but be careful not to apply too much force, or you'll damage the fabric.
- What causes brown spots on old fabric? When it grows in your home, it can decay paper products, textiles, carpeting or wood furniture. Mold can also begin to grow in your clothes. If this happens, it makes little brown, black or yellow dots on the clothes. Remove these growths as soon as possible to prevent the mold from actually decaying the clothes.
